Getting over the fear?

Posted in Group:

Hello, I've been trying to recover from this stupid ED and I'm doing well so far I think..
My question is though, how do you get over the fear/guilt of having something that you want? I eat very healthy meals and snacks every day, when I say healthy I mean healthy. Nothing but the best possible things you can give your body. I'm very lucky I can do that. The one problem is I never eat anysort of sweet treat or junk food. I know you have to have them in moderation but I won't even let myself have anything that's not healthy. And I don't think thats normal, I want to be able to have something I want without wanting to work out after or feel so bad that it was empty calories. I have more of a problem with sweets than salty foods. I just got to where I can eat popcorn (but it's %97 fat free) I just can't bring myself to have like a 90 cookie yet (and thats a low calorie cookie I would say). I'm also afraid if I push myself to do something I think is wrong, like having a very, very, low calorie cup of coffee (94 cals with Truvia and none fat creamer) with my healthy breakfast is going to put weight on me..But "bad weight" not good weight. (Which I know kinda doesn't make since)..But I feel like if I have coffee or something like that and I notice the weight gain (which by the way I need to do) is recovering wrong. So should I push myself more with my low calorie "treats/triggers"? If anyone knows what Im talking about and can help I would really appreciate it. And I hope I made since. - Thanks.

hi... i don't have experience with this, but i want to pull this to the top of the page so you can get some more responses.

I was about to do something awesome again, but I told myself, "Enough is enough! That's plenty of awesome for one day."
