God I feel so awful
I do 8+ hours of excercise every week and i'm still a size 10. I'm not happy with this.So starving myself is my last resort. I dont want to eat because food just makes me fat.
Sarita, please don't starve yourself. There are so many people here who've been battling anarexia for years and years and they are so very sick and weak. Their bones are so brittle they break them so easily and then they don't want to heal for weeks and weeks. Truly it's not worth being a certain sized jeans to destroy your body. I know what I am saying isn't going to make any difference but I surely wish it would. I am on the verge of tears thinking about you possibly destroying many different things your body is meant to do like having children, or living with a strong body that isn't in pain all the time. I just want you to never have to endure these horrible things. I see you are new hear, so please take some time and look around. I bet you will see others that you can relate to and they will be happy to be there for you!!! Welcome to Support Groups, we are very glad you are here!!! Please be good to yourself, your beautiful, smart, deserving, amazing body!!! I look forward to getting to know you and hope you will find the support you deserve!!!
Sending welcoming hugs, Suzee :0)

You did not mention how active your are. If you can try to do just 10 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise 3x/day to begin with, that may help you feel better about yourself and keep you on track. Be certain the activity is something you enjoy - I hate exercise but love hiking in the woods. I hate walking around the neighborhood. but again the nature trails are peaceful and I can be out there a good 2 hours. I don't rush through the trails but stop and enjoy - it was very important for me to do this everyday (of course not always 2 hours) but I set up the same time each day and then added other activities. Like going to the library. and volunteering time to community activities. I have never been in acting but just volunteered to help at the communities local theatre for children's plays. so I guess if you can - give it some playful thought and think of some ways to keep yourself busy in things you enjoy
