Hate This Feeling!

Posted in Group:

I'm trying to do my best to eat the normal amount I should and not over exercise, but today is a terrible day! It felt so easy this morning eating my little bowl of cereal then to my second meal later on in the day, but now my tummy feels full and I'm so disgusted with myself.
I refuse to look at myself in the mirror cause I know I'll see myself as something hideous and bloated. I'm debating whether or not to exercise more than my two hours today, my goal limit to stop exercising at. If I do I'll feel bad for screwing up when I was doing so good, but I know I'll also feel so much better for burning off everything I ate.
I hate it when I feel this way because then I feel so lost with what to do and what not to do. Part of me is saying stick to what we're doing, the other half of me is just plain pissed off and will stay like that unless I do something.

It'll get better. Keep working at it, you have made a lot of progress. Losing this weight is not going to fix your problems or make you happy; only you can make yourself happy... Keep pushing. We know you can do this, and we're here to listen whenever you need it! I wish you all the best!
